Services – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Eyeconic Imagery.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) are received.
Full payment is due by or on the date of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 7 days of the session may forfeit the deposit.
Eyeconic Imagery reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen emergencies.

Image Rights & Usage

The photographer retains full copyright of all images.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.
Portfolio usage (website, social media, printed materials) is permitted only with client consent.

Delivery

Final images are delivered in digital format within the agreed timeframe.

Liability

Eyeconic Imagery is not liable for loss or damage beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, natural events).
In the unlikely event of failure to deliver images, liability is limited to the total amount paid.

GDPR & Privacy

All personal data and images are handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Images will only be used with consent for promotional purposes.
